The former flame of jailed Nxivm leader Keith Raniere suggested Tuesday that the “guru” might be getting his comeuppance — as Raniere’s attorney begged a judge to liberate his client from the Metropolitan Detention Center.

“I don’t think anyone’s rights should be violated and everyone deserves to be treated humanely, but considering the money and power [Nxivm] had, and the way they treated people for so long — karma’s a b—h,” Toni Natalie commented after lawyer Marc Agnifilo argued Raniere should be sprung on bail from the Brooklyn lockup.

Natalie, 59, dated Raniere from 1991 to ’99 and was part of his cult in its nascent stages before she got out. She has attended several of his court appearances.

Brooklyn federal court Judge Nicholas Garaufis did not immediately rule Tuesday on Raniere’s third request for bail — which comes after a power outage at the MDC left nearly two thirds of inmates without heat or power during the coldest week of the year.

“Quite frankly, without being melodramatic, they let them freeze,” Agnifilo said of the prison guards, who he described as walking around in hats and scarves while inmates shivered in the 44-degree weather. “The water is brown sometimes for days on end. There’s issues with the heating, there’s issues with the food.”
